Before We Begin
Therapeutic / Deep Tissue
A combination of deep tissue and therapeutic techniques are used to reduce pain and increase mobility. Together, with your input, we design the perfect treatment plan.
Swedish / Relaxation
Medium and light pressure is applied to ease tension and improve circulation. Head to toe relaxation. Complimentary aromatherapy included.
Hot Stone MASSAGE
Heated basalt stones are applied to warm the muscles and provide a sense of relaxation. The stones are used to get deep into the muscles to relieve muscle tension without causing pain.
Pre / Post Natal MASSAGE
Prenatal: Helps minimize the discomfort and strain on the muscles and joints during pregnancy. Postnatal: Relaxing massage to ease postpartum stress.
Couples Massage
Two people are massaged at the same time in the same room. Must call to schedule this massage. 321.338.7188
Sports/Stretching MASSAGE
Targets specific joints, muscle groups, tendons, ligaments and soft tissue. Therapeutic massage, Range of motion and stretching techniques are used.
